When an institution joins us, our ability to rebuild stories grows.
The challenges of rehabilitation after breast cancer require collaboration. FEMPO invites companies, municipalities, universities, health providers, social organizations and international bodies to build alliances with defined goals, quality criteria and transparent follow-up. We want the impact of each collaboration to be expressed in access, education, support and continuity.
A company can contribute much more than resources
It can help open up opportunities for care, bring preventive education to its employees and support sustained reconstruction and psycho-oncology programs. FEMPO designs forms of collaboration that combine social commitment and verifiable results, ensuring a responsible experience for both beneficiaries and partner organizations.
Each agreement can set out the target population, number of treatments, indicators, forms of participation and joint communications, subject to availability and the approval of both parties.

Municipalities and local coordination
Municipalities are key to connecting women with opportunities for care. Our proposal for local collaboration includes referrals, eligibility assessment, educational activities, team coordination and annual follow-up. We work so that these initiatives continue over time and are not limited to a commemorative activity in October.
Universities and training centers
Training professionals is essential to broaden access to procedures performed with appropriate safety and ethical standards. FEMPO proposes to collaborate on teaching, applied research, seminars and the academic development of specialized training, respecting university autonomy, the relevant approvals and the intellectual property of its own programs.
Health institutions
Comprehensive care requires responsible referrals and shared clinical criteria. FEMPO seeks to strengthen coordination with oncology, surgery, rehabilitation, mental health and primary care teams, so that patients receive guidance and can access specialized assessment when appropriate.
Rehabilitation after breast cancer deserves a broader view
Alongside policies for detection, diagnosis and treatment, it is important to recognize the physical, psychological and social needs that may persist after active cancer care.
FEMPO's experience shows the value of exploring referral, care and training models that include nipple-areola complex reconstruction and psycho-oncology as part of a comprehensive response, with clinical criteria, evaluation of results and sustainability.
Our proposal is to contribute, through technical dialogue with authorities and health networks, to initiatives that reduce barriers to access, promote safe care and protect women's dignity. The aim is not to replace the health network, but to add capacity and knowledge to its challenges.
Institutions that trust our work
Throughout its history, FEMPO has built ties with organizations from different fields that have helped make its mission visible, stronger or broader. The value of this network lies in responsible collaboration, based on institutional respect and attention to women's needs.

Sustainability is measured not only by the number of actions taken, but also by the ability to maintain them over time.
FEMPO promotes annual plans with people in charge, follow-up, resource needs and accountability criteria, turning good intentions into consistent results.
If your organization shares the conviction that recovery also deserves excellence, let's talk.
Together we can build programs that bring real support to women and strengthen a more comprehensive, humane and equitable health culture.
